Are Guarantees of Origin documents for biogas/biomethane (GOs) accepted under ISCC EU to document compliance with the ISCC requirements for biogas/biomethane?

No, Guarantees of Origin are not a substitute for valid PoS documents. They are not applicable under the RED II (see Art. 19(4) RED II) and therefore also not under ISCC EU. Please see the latest version of ISCC EU System Document 203 "Traceability and Chain of Custody" (chapter 3.4.8) for more information.
