The “List of sites covered by the certificate” includes all External Storage Facilities and Dependent Collecting Points that are covered by the certificate. In case these are covered by the certificate, the information under the section “List of sites covered by Certificate” must be filled in. Certificates under all ISCC certification systems and all scopes, except Trader and Warehouse, must fill in the main site information and the site-specific information.
If the scope of a certificate is Trader with Storage and the storage location has the same address as the main operational site, it does not need to be listed separately. However, any further sites (i.e., external storage facilities and dependent collecting points) covered by the certificate must be included in the site‑specific information table.
How do I edit sourcing contacts on the ISCC HUB?
The “List of Sourcing Contacts” includes all Farms, Plantations, Forest Sourcing Areas, or Points of Origin covered by the certificate. For certificates with the scopes First Gathering Point, Central Office for Independent Smallholders, Collecting Point, or Central Office (for both Points of Origin and Farms/Plantations), this list must also be provided in the “List of Sourcing Contacts” section on the ISCC HUB.
Any certificate that includes at least one of these scopes requires at least one sourcing contact, without exception, as certification requires a self‑declaration from a sourcing contact. For certificates with scopes where this is not required, this section does not appear on the certificate form.
As defined in the 17 July 2025 System Update, the sourcing contacts need not be continuously updated on the HUB; however, the list of sourcing contacts must reflect the status quo of any audit report and must be amended based on any surveillance audits, extension audits or at the time of recertification.
The information provided in both sections must be consistent with the Main Audit Report at certificate submission. For a detailed outline of how to input and edit this information on the HUB, please refer to the ISCC HUB Manual for System Users and ISCC HUB Manual for Certification Bodies.
