Modified on Fri, 10 Apr at 2:40 PM

There are three key requirements for certification of the Installation Consuming RFNBOs scope under ISCC EU:

  1. Certified input
The incoming RFNBO must already form part of a RED-certified RFNBO supply chain.

  2. Certified consuming installation
The consuming site must be certified as an installation consuming RFNBOs. The audit covers traceability and mass balance.

  3. Verified data continuity
Verified transactions and sustainability data must support the counted volume through the relevant database architecture. RED III requires that data flow from production to placing on the Union market, and that it be verified.
