All designated ISCC contact persons of the Certification Body (CB) can view ISCC registrations and certificates associated with their CB after their initial login.
New CB employees must have an account in the ISCC Client Section. The login details for the ISCC HUB and the ISCC website are the same. Once logged into the CB section, a redirection to the ISCC HUB is available.
To grant new CB employees access to the HUB, the designated CB Administrator must add them to the Certification Body Employee Details on the HUB. After the CB Admin updates user rights by adding new employees in the ISCC HUB as either CB Admin or CB Employee, these users can see all registrations and certificates linked to their CB in the ISCC HUB.
