Which audit files need to be uploaded in the certificate form? How do I do this?

It is the responsibility of the Certification Body to upload the audit documents in the “Supplementary Information” section of the certificate form. Once the “List of required files” has been uploaded in this section, fields for other mandatory documents such as the Main Audit Report, Sample Audit Reports, Summary Audit Reports and other essential documents appear in this section. All mandatory documents need to be uploaded in order to successfully submit the certificate on the HUB.
