How can I submit extension audits?

Modified on Mon, 23 Mar at 7:30 PM

First, export both the Extension Main Audit Report and the Extension Summary Audit Report using the APS file from the extension audit. Kindly ensure that “EXT” is included in the file name of each document. The updated certificate, audit reports and any other relevant documents confirming the compliance of the System User with the respective requirements must be uploaded to the ISCC HUB.

To submit a scope extension audit in the HUB, the option “Modify Certificate” must be selected in the certificate form. Following this, the extension audit documents must be uploaded in the section “Supplementary Information”.

To submit a material extension, select "Modify Certificate". Add the new materials in the table “Annex to the certificate: Sustainable/Certified materials handled”. Note that when additional materials fall under a scope already stated on the certificate, an additional on-site audit is usually not required. In such cases, the Certification Body shall upload a revised certificate with the updated material annex, and it is not mandatory to upload revised audit procedures. Ultimately, the Certification Body is responsible for determining if an extension audit is required.

For detailed guidance on how to submit extension audits, please refer to the ISCC HUB Manual for Certification Bodies.
