How can I submit Surveillance Audits?

Documentation on the Surveillance Audits conducted by the Certification Body shall be submitted to ISCC via the ‘Surveillance Audit’ section in the ISCC HUB. The “Surveillance” section is visible for ISCC EU and ISCC CORSIA certificates and contains up to three questions regarding waste and residue questions.

3- and 6-month Surveillance Audits

Depending on the chosen certification system, the HUB automatically generates the required surveillance audit tasks - either 3 or 6 months - based on the certification scope and responses to the waste and residue questions. Once a task to submit the 3- or 6-month surveillance audit is generated, the CB must upload the required documents only via the task generated in their My Tasks section of the HUB.

Announced and Unannounced Surveillance Audits

The CB can also voluntarily submit Announced and Unannounced Surveillance Audits. After opening the respective certificate in the HUB, select the “Surveillance Audits” button. Only the “Surveillance” section will be in edit mode. From there, select “Add” to upload Announced or Unannounced Surveillance Audit documents.
