How can CO₂ from a RED-certified biofuel Processing Unit be transferred?

If the biofuel producer is certified only as a Processing Unit, it may transfer the CO₂ under an ISCC self-declaration to a certified Collecting Point.

If the producer is also individually certified as a Point of Origin for CO₂, it may supply the CO₂ directly to a Trader or RFNBO Processing Unit with a Sustainability Declaration.
