Why is my audit locked for modification in APS?

Audits can be locked for two reasons:

1. The audit is older than 150 days, after which it is no longer editable. If changes must be made, an extension audit is required.

2. The audit was created in an older APS version and imported to a newer version. If this is the case, the audit can be modified in the original version in which it was created.
