How do I resolve the 'HUB Upload: CB ID Mismatch' error in APS?

Complete Error Message: “Beantwortung_000<Audit Type>_<Unique ID>.xml: CB ISCC Identifier does not match. Please double check whether the correct registration has been selected on the ISCC HUB certificate form. If that is the case, please update the required information in the APS zip archive file and re-upload. If you require assistance to export the file from APS, please contact aps (at) iscc-system.org.”

Resolution:

1. If “MA” appears in the error message after Beantwortung_000, check the CB attached to the Main Audit. If “SA” appears, check the CB attached to the Sample Audits. The CB can be modified in the audit data on the given audit.

   

2. The CB Identifier could be incorrect.

   1. Click on the arrow from the Certification Body. You will land on the CB List with the profile assigned to the audit pre-selected. 

   2. Open the CB Profile, click on the Edit button in the upper-left corner, and find the ISCC Identifier field at the bottom of the pop-up table. Adjust it and save the changes.

   3. Go back to the audit(s) with the wrong CB identifier and click on the Refresh button. A verification window will appear asking if you want to make the changes effective to the connected audits (if any).

   4. Click on Yes. This will adjust the files, and you should be able to upload the documentation.
