How do I attach sample audits to a different main audit?

Open APS to the sample audit overview, and then click on the attached main audit.

Navigate to the Sample Audits window, and click on Export as a duplicate for reimport.

On the audit to be submitted, navigate again to the Sample Audits window, but this time click Import Sample Audit and select the downloaded file of the duplicate sample audit. The audit will be attached.

Best practices:

1. The lead auditor creates the main audit with the relevant number of samples, each of which are sent to the auditing team. Whenever ready, the samples can be reimported with the normal Data Import button.

2. The lead auditor creates the main audit and shares the main audit with the auditing team. Even though the questionnaire is empty, the auditing team can create their corresponding samples. Once ready, they will export the sample, and the lead auditor can import it with the normal Data Import button.
