Access to the UDB is coordinated through the recognised Voluntary Schemes. As outlined in our system update from 23 September 2024, ISCC has successfully synchronised the data transfer between the ISCC HUB and the UDB. For ISCC EU-certified companies, ISCC transfers the relevant organisation and certificate data from the ISCC HUB to the UDB. Once this process is completed and access is granted, it is the responsibility of the System User to activate their account and verify that all company and certification details available in the UDB are correct.
