In Germany, if an ISCC EU-certified trader delivers RFNBO to or from the German market and/or within Germany and adds RFNBO to their material scope during the year, they must notify their competent Certification Body and the German Environment Agency (UBA) by email (Vollzug-37BImSchV@uba.de) without delay, and no later than 30 days after adding the material.
