Unless a registration holds the status of “Registration Approved”, it is not possible to edit the registration. Additionally, if the email address used to log onto the ISCC HUB is not listed as the email address of the Legal Representative or Contact Persons on the registration form, the logged-in user will not be able to find and consequently edit the registration under “Basic Data” → “Operational Unit Registry”. In such cases, please contact your Certification Body and request that they check the details of the registration on the HUB or directly contact ISCC at registration@iscc-system.org to inquire further about the registration information listed on the ISCC HUB.
