Why is the “Contact Person 2” section mandatory during registration?

Providing details for Contact Person 2 is mandatory to ensure that the registered organisation can always be reached, even if the first contact person is unavailable. This requirement helps maintain reliable communication and supports the integrity of the certification process.

You may select the Creator, Legal Representative, or Other as the second contact person.

Please note that the same email address or first and last names cannot be used for both Contact Person 1 and Contact Person 2.
