It is not necessary to maintain separate accounts on the ISCC HUB and the ISCC website.
ISCC HUB account credentials can be used to login to the ISCC website. If you have an ISCC HUB account, you can use this to login to the ISCC website by clicking on Login via ISCC HUB.
To log into the HUB, however, a user must create an account on the ISCC HUB and cannot log in only with ISCC website account credentials. For more information on creating an ISCC HUB account, see the FAQ here.
