You don't need to maintain an account on ISCC HUB and ISCC Website.
If you have an ISCC HUB account, you can use this to login to the ISCC Website by clicking on Login via ISCC HUB.
The intended functionality is, that in case you have an ISCC HUB account you don’t need an ISCC Website account, and use the ISCC HUB account to login to the ISCC Website.
But if you have an ISCC Website account only, you cannot automatically login to ISCC HUB.
