Why are some questions in the APS questionnaire not visible?

Each APS questionnaire is dynamically generated based on two criteria:

• Scheme / Scope combination

• Question rules

Specific questions are applicable to specific schemes and/or scopes, causing them to be “filtered” if not applicable based on the scheme / scope chosen at the creation of the audit. If schemes or scopes are added, the applicable questions will appear.

Some questions are dependent on the answers of other questions in a given questionnaire. If a question is answered in a specific way, it could cause later questions to appear or be filtered out. These rules can be viewed by clicking the green and orange symbols.
