Not all the national schemes are registered yet. How do we make sure that these tonnages are compliant and entered into the UDB?

National schemes should notify the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy (DG ENER) about the national scheme so that the scheme can be onboarded on the UDB. Additionally, national schemes should onboard the economic operators and their certificates on the UDB.
