Does a Collecting Point need a Trader scope to forward CO₂ to a Processing Unit?

No, a Collecting Point does not need to be certified under the Trader scope to forward CO₂ to a Processing Unit, provided the CO₂ is received directly from non-individually certified Points of Origin under self-declarations. The Collecting Point may forward it with a Sustainability Declaration.

A Trader scope is required if the Collecting Point also receives certified CO₂ from individually certified Points of Origin or other certified suppliers.
